- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced

- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onions and bell pepper, sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the ground beef, breaking it apart, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the beef mixture in a large bowl.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and top with shredded provolone cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown. Let cool before serving.
