  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the sliced onions and bell pepper, sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the ground beef, breaking it apart, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  5. Stir in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  6. Combine the cooked pasta with the beef mixture in a large bowl.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and top with shredded provolone cheese.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown. Let cool before serving.
