Description

A delicious twist on the classic cheesesteak, served in a bowl with tender sirloin steak, sautéed veggies, and creamy cheese on a bed of cauliflower rice.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cups cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (provolone or cheddar)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: jalapeños, hot sauce, or guacamole

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Add the sliced steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the sliced bell pepper and onion to the skillet and sauté until tender, about 4-5 minutes.
  4. Heat the cauliflower rice in a separate pan over medium heat until warmed through.
  5. Place the cauliflower rice at the bottom of serving bowls, top with the steak and vegetable mixture, then sprinkle cheese on top.
  6. Personalize the bowls with your desired toppings.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
