  • 4 flour tortillas

  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 diced tomato
  • 1/2 cup pickles
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup burger sauce (mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard)

Instructions

  1. Start by preheating a skillet over medium-high heat to ensure a great sear on your burgers.
  2. While the skillet heats, take the ground beef and form it into golf ball-sized balls. Season each ball generously with salt and pepper.
