Pepperoni Pizza Rolls are a delightful twist on classic pizza, perfect for snacking or parties.

- 1 package of pizza dough
- 1 cup of pepperoni slices
- 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup of marinara sauce (for dipping)
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it’s about 1/8-inch thick.
- Cut the rolled-out dough into small squares, roughly 3×3 inches.
- Place a few slices of pepperoni and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese in the center of each square.
- Fold the dough over to create a roll and pinch the edges to seal tightly.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops of the rolls with olive oil, then sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
For extra flavor, try adding chopped bell peppers or onions into the filling. You can also use pre-made pizza dough for convenience.
