Description

Pepperoni Pizza Rolls are a delightful twist on classic pizza, perfect for snacking or parties.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of pizza dough
  • 1 cup of pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup of marinara sauce (for dipping)
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it’s about 1/8-inch thick.
  3. Cut the rolled-out dough into small squares, roughly 3×3 inches.
  4. Place a few slices of pepperoni and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the dough over to create a roll and pinch the edges to seal tightly.
  6. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops of the rolls with olive oil, then sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding chopped bell peppers or onions into the filling. You can also use pre-made pizza dough for convenience.
