- 1/2 cup warm milk

- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the warm milk and yeast, letting it sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, granulated sugar, and salt. Add yeast mixture, melted butter, and egg, stirring until a dough forms.
- Knead dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place kneaded dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Roll out dough into a rectangle and spread softened butter evenly. Sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon, and chopped pecans.
- Roll the dough into a tight log and slice into 12 even pieces.
- Arrange rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake rolls for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow rolls to cool for about 10-15 minutes before serving.
