Description
A delightful dessert combining the richness of chocolate and creamy peanut butter, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups peanut butter cups, chopped
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup whipped cream (for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish to prevent any sticking.
- In a large bowl, mix together the chocolate cake mix, creamy peanut butter, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until everything is well combined and smooth.
- Fold in the chopped peanut butter cups and chocolate chips gently to incorporate them without breaking them apart.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the dump cake to cool slightly before serving. This dish is best enjoyed warm, topped with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
Notes
You can substitute dark chocolate cake mix for a richer flavor or use sunflower seed butter for a nut-free version.
