Delicious cookies combining the flavors of peanut butter and chocolate for a chewy and fudgy treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix together the peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, and then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl, then gradually add to the peanut butter mixture.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto the baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for about 10-12 minutes until the edges are set and the centers are slightly soft.
  8. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Serve warm with milk or ice cream. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 4-5 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
