Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in flour and salt until a soft dough forms. Prepare the brownie mix according to package instructions.
- Drop spoonfuls of the peanut butter cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, adding a small dollop of brownie batter on top. Use a toothpick to swirl the brownie batter into the cookie dough.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are set. Let cool before transferring to a wire rack.
