Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches with granulated sugar and lemon juice.
- Transfer the peach mixture into the greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- In another bowl, mix together rolled oats, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Pour the melted butter over and stir until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the topping evenly over the peaches.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
- Let cool slightly and serve warm, optionally with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
