  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches with granulated sugar and lemon juice.
  3. Transfer the peach mixture into the greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. In another bowl, mix together rolled oats, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Pour the melted butter over and stir until crumbly.
  5. Sprinkle the topping evenly over the peaches.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
  7. Let cool slightly and serve warm, optionally with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
