- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups pancake mix

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Cook the breakfast sausages in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 6-8 minutes. Remove, let cool, and chop into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, pancake mix, vanilla extract, maple syrup, salt, and baking powder until smooth.
