- 1 package of Oreo cookies
- 2 cups of strawberry ice cream
- 1 cup of whipped cream
- 1/2 cup of chocolate chips (optional)
- Fresh strawberries for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
- Mix the Oreo crumbs with melted butter until it resembles wet sand.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish to form the crust.
- Spread the strawberry ice cream evenly over the crust, smooth it out, and top with whipped cream and chocolate chips if desired.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until set. Once set, slice into bars and garnish with fresh strawberries before serving.

Serve chilled directly from the freezer. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 month.
