- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 package Oreos
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- Melt the butter in a large bowl and stir in the sugar until well combined. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until fully combined. Chop half of the Oreos and fold them into the brownie batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and top with the remaining Oreos. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool before cutting into squares and serving.
Notes
