- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with your favorite cupcake liners.
- Cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract and orange zest.
- Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl, then gradually incorporate into the wet mixture, alternating with milk and orange juice.
- Fill each cupcake liner about 2/3 full with the batter and bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Cool completely on a wire rack, then whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Frost each cooled cupcake generously and sprinkle with extra orange zest.
