- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the softened cream cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl until well mixed.
- Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the cheese mixture.
- Sear the stuffed chicken in a skillet with olive oil until golden brown on both sides.
- Transfer the seared chicken to a baking dish and top with crushed tortilla chips, then bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
