- 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (optional)
- Water as needed
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, Parmesan cheese, softened butter, chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until a dough forms.
- If the dough is too dry, add water gradually until it holds together. Roll out the dough to about 1/4 inch thickness and cut into desired shapes.
- Place on a baking sheet, sprinkle with herbs if using, and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
- Allow the crackers to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
