Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced kielbasa and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in the mixed vegetables and sauté until tender, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Mix honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a small bowl.
