Description

This quick no yeast bread recipe is easy to make and deliciously satisfying with a soft, fluffy texture.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Mix well.
  3. Add milk and vegetable oil to the dry mixture, stirring until a soft dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 1 minute until smooth.
  5. Shape the dough into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
  7. Let it cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack before slicing.
