- 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 cup walnuts or almonds
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a food processor, blend the pitted dates and nuts until they are finely chopped.
- Add in the cacao powder, almond butter, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Process until everything is well combined and the mixture holds together.
- Line a square dish with parchment paper. Press the brownie mixture into the dish evenly. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set. Cut into squares and serve. Enjoy your no bake brownies!
