Quick and nutritious snack bites made with oats, peanut butter, and chocolate chips that provide energy and protein.
Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup ground flax seeds
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients until well mixed.
- If the mixture is too dry, add a little more honey or peanut butter.
- Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll them into balls.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
Notes
Customizable with different nut butters or add-ins. Can be made vegan by substituting honey with maple syrup.
