No-Bake Protein Energy Balls

Description

Quick and nutritious snack bites made with oats, peanut butter, and chocolate chips that provide energy and protein.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup ground flax seeds

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients until well mixed.
  2. If the mixture is too dry, add a little more honey or peanut butter.
  3. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and roll them into balls.
  4. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

Notes

Customizable with different nut butters or add-ins. Can be made vegan by substituting honey with maple syrup.
