Ingredients

  • 1 cup pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Chopped pistachios for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the pistachio pudding mix and milk. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Beat the softened cream cheese until creamy, then fold in the whipped topping until combined.
  3. Add the pistachio pudding mixture to the cream cheese mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter until coated.
  5. Layer the graham cracker mixture at the bottom of serving cups, followed by the pistachio cheesecake mixture.
  6. Repeat layers until cups are filled, finishing with cheesecake on top.
  7. Refrigerate filled cups for at least 2 hours to chill and set.
