Description

A delightful dessert featuring a rich peanut butter filling and a crunchy chocolate graham cracker crust, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix well and press into the bottom of a pie pan to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator to firm it up.
  2. In another bowl, beat together creamy peanut butter, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped cream until everything blends together harmoniously and you achieve a light and airy texture.
  4. Spread the peanut butter mixture over the chilled crust. Smooth the top with a spatula to ensure an even layer, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  5. Once set, top with additional whipped cream or chocolate shavings before serving for extra flair.

Notes
