  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • Additional Oreo cookies for topping

Instructions

  1. Start by crushing the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Mix the crumbs with melted butter to create a damp mixture.
  2. Press the Oreo and butter mixture into the bottom of a springform pan evenly to form the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fluffy.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust and spread it out evenly.
