Description

Delightful No Bake Mini Cheesecakes with a creamy filling and crunchy graham cracker crust, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Fruit toppings (strawberries, blueberries, etc.) for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping until well mixed.
  3. In another bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Stir until evenly coated.
  4. Press the crumbs into the bottom of mini cupcake liners to form a crust.
  5. Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the crusts, filling each liner generously.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
