Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon Truvia sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 6 tablespoons water

Instructions
