No-Bake Dubai Chocolate Balls

Description

Delicious no-bake treats made with chocolate, coconut, and sweetened condensed milk, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 200g digestive biscuits
  • 100g desiccated coconut
  • 100g cocoa powder
  • 150g sweetened condensed milk
  • 50g dark chocolate (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Extra desiccated coconut for coating

Instructions

  1. Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
  2. In a bowl, combine the biscuit crumbs, desiccated coconut, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract.
  3. Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and melted dark chocolate. Mix until well combined.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Once chilled, take small portions and roll into walnut-sized balls.
  6. Roll each ball in extra desiccated coconut to coat.
  7. Place the chocolate balls on a tray and refrigerate again until set for another 30 minutes.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week or freeze for up to three months.
