Ingredients

- 200g digestive biscuits
- 100g desiccated coconut
- 100g cocoa powder
- 150g sweetened condensed milk
- 50g dark chocolate (melted)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Extra desiccated coconut for coating
Instructions
- Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
- In a bowl, combine the biscuit crumbs, desiccated coconut, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract.
- Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and melted dark chocolate. Mix until well combined.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to firm up.
- Once chilled, take small portions and roll into walnut-sized balls.
- Roll each ball in extra desiccated coconut to coat.
- Place the chocolate balls on a tray and refrigerate again until set for another 30 minutes.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
