Description
Delicious bite-sized treats that capture the flavors of cookie dough without any baking necessary.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1–2 tablespoons milk (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well until creamy.
- Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing until just combined. If the dough is too crumbly, add milk one tablespoon at a time until it reaches a dough-like consistency.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips until they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate the cookie dough bites for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Enjoy your no-bake cookie dough bites straight from the fridge or at room temperature.
