- 3 cups rolled oats

Instructions
- Combine sugar, cocoa powder, milk, and butter in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.
- Let it cook for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
- Stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add the rolled oats and mix until well combined. Drop spoonfuls onto wax paper and let cool until set.
