Description

These No-Bake Chocolate Crunch Protein Balls are sweet yet nutritious, packed with protein for a quick energy boost and easy to make without baking.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup rice crispies
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the protein powder, peanut butter, and honey until combined.
  2. Add in the rolled oats, dark chocolate chips, rice crispies, and vanilla extract, mixing until everything is well incorporated.
  3. Using your hands, form the mixture into small balls, about the size of a tablespoon.
  4. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to set.
