Description

Delightful truffles inspired by the nostalgic flavor of cereal milk, featuring a creamy interior and a rich chocolate coating.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cereal of your choice
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup milk powder
  • 1 cup chocolate chips or melting chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, crush the cereal into smaller pieces.
  2. Add the sweetened condensed milk and milk powder to the crushed cereal, mixing until well combined.
  3. Use your hands to form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the formed balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips and butter together until smooth.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, coating fully, and return to the baking sheet.
  7. Chill the truffles in the refrigerator until the chocolate coating is set, about 15-20 minutes.
