Description

A comforting and creamy chicken casserole topped with crunchy potato chips, perfect for family meals.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 cup crushed potato chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and top with crushed potato chips. Bake for 30-40 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  4. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.

Notes

For a healthier version, substitute Greek yogurt for half of the sour cream. Feel free to add frozen vegetables for extra nutrition.
