- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 cup crushed potato chips
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and top with crushed potato chips. Bake for 30-40 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
Notes
For a healthier version, substitute Greek yogurt for half of the sour cream. Feel free to add frozen vegetables for extra nutrition.
