- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 package crescent roll dough
- 2 olives (for eyes)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Form the mixture into a loaf shape on the baking sheet, spread ketchup over the top, and wrap with crescent roll strips.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until fully cooked; add olives for eyes before serving.
Notes
For a moist meatloaf, consider adding Worcestershire sauce. You can use ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option.
