Description

A creative and spooky twist on traditional meatloaf, perfect for Halloween gatherings and family meals.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • 2 olives (for eyes)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into a loaf shape on the baking sheet, spread ketchup over the top, and wrap with crescent roll strips.
  4. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until fully cooked; add olives for eyes before serving.

Notes

For a moist meatloaf, consider adding Worcestershire sauce. You can use ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option.
