- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 5 cups rice cereal
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt together the peanut butter and butter until smooth. Stir in the chocolate chips and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In a large bowl, pour the rice cereal and fold in the chocolate mixture until evenly coated. Spread onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes. Let cool slightly, then toss with powdered sugar. Allow to cool completely before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week. Can be frozen for up to three months.
