Description

Irresistible pull-apart monkey bread, coated in buttery cinnamon-sugar, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans of refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine granulated sugar and cinnamon in a medium bowl.
  3. Open the cans of biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters, then toss in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  4. Layer the coated biscuit pieces in a bundt pan.
  5. Melt the butter and brown sugar together in a small saucepan, then pour it over the biscuit layer.
  6. Bake the monkey bread for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown.
  7. Let the bread cool for 10 minutes before flipping it onto a serving plate.
