- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 cup yogurt or almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients. Peel the banana and slice it into chunks.
- In a blender, combine the banana, mixed berries, yogurt or almond milk, and optional honey or maple syrup.
- Blend the mixture until smooth (about 30 seconds to a minute).
- If desired, add ice cubes and blend again until frosty.
- Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately; garnish with berries or banana slices if desired.
Notes
Use ripe bananas for maximum sweetness and texture. Frozen mixed berries add chill and creaminess.
