- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons miso paste
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the miso paste, minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Stir until smooth.
- Add the chicken wings to the marinade and toss until well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the wings in a single layer. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with salt, chopped green onions, and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
Marinating overnight will enhance the flavor. For extra crispiness, broil the wings for 2-3 minutes after baking.
