Description

Miso Garlic Chicken Wings are tender wings marinated in a flavorful mix of miso, garlic, and honey, baked to perfection for a crisp finish.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons miso paste
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the miso paste, minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Stir until smooth.
  3. Add the chicken wings to the marinade and toss until well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the wings in a single layer. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Remove from oven, sprinkle with salt, chopped green onions, and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

Marinating overnight will enhance the flavor. For extra crispiness, broil the wings for 2-3 minutes after baking.
