Description

Instructions

  2. Place the potatoes on a microwave-safe plate, spaced out for even cooking.
  3. Microwave the potatoes on high for 5-10 minutes, turning halfway through until tender.
  4. Carefully remove from the microwave, add salt and butter if desired, and serve immediately.
