Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons matcha powder
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds (optional)
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit (e.g., cranberries, apricots) (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, matcha powder, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Spread the matcha yogurt mixture evenly over the parchment paper in a rectangle shape about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Sprinkle sliced almonds and dried fruit on top if desired.
  5. Freeze for about 120-180 minutes or until firm.
  6. Once frozen, break or cut into pieces.
  7. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
