Ingredients

- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds (optional)
- 1/2 cup dried fruit (e.g., cranberries, apricots) (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, matcha powder, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the matcha yogurt mixture evenly over the parchment paper in a rectangle shape about 1/4 inch thick.
- Sprinkle sliced almonds and dried fruit on top if desired.
- Freeze for about 120-180 minutes or until firm.
- Once frozen, break or cut into pieces.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
