- 2 large eggs

- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon matcha green tea powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, melt the butter and stir in granulated sugar until well combined. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition, and incorporate the vanilla extract.
- Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder in a separate bowl. Gradually mix this dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- In another bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and matcha powder until smooth.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan. Spread the cream cheese mixture over this brownie layer evenly. Top with the remaining brownie batter and swirl the mixtures together gently with a knife.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs attached.
- Let cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares and serving.
