- 4 Salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup Teriyaki sauce
- 1 Mango, diced
- 1/4 Red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and brush them with teriyaki sauce.
- Bake the salmon for about 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
- Combine diced mango, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl to make the salsa.
- Top the baked salmon with the mango salsa and serve immediately.
