Description

A delightful fusion dish that combines salmon with a sweet and tangy mango salsa, perfect for weeknight dinners and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup Teriyaki sauce
  • 1 Mango, diced
  • 1/4 Red onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and brush them with teriyaki sauce.
  3. Bake the salmon for about 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Combine diced mango, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl to make the salsa.
  5. Top the baked salmon with the mango salsa and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve on a bed of rice or alongside steamed vegetables for a complete meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
