Instructions
- Peel and dice the mangoes, then puree them until smooth and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, whip heavy cream with sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form (about 3-5 minutes).
- If using gelatin, dissolve it in warm water according to package instructions and blend it with the mango puree.
- Gently fold the mango puree into the whipped cream, add lemon juice, mix gently, and spoon into serving cups. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours to set.
Notes
Use ripe mangoes for the best flavor. To store, place in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
