Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 packet gelatin (optional, for stability)
  • 1/4 cup water (if using gelatin)

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the mangoes, then puree them until smooth and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whip heavy cream with sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form (about 3-5 minutes).
  3. If using gelatin, dissolve it in warm water according to package instructions and blend it with the mango puree.
  4. Gently fold the mango puree into the whipped cream, add lemon juice, mix gently, and spoon into serving cups. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours to set.

Notes

Use ripe mangoes for the best flavor. To store, place in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
