- 2 large chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 4 large lettuce leaves or low carb tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped herbs (parsley or cilantro) for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, minced garlic, cheese, sour cream, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Take a lettuce leaf or low carb tortilla and place a generous amount of the chicken mixture in the center.
- Fold the sides of the wrap over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
- Repeat with the remaining wraps. Optional: Garnish with chopped herbs before serving. Enjoy your wraps!
