Delicious and satisfying low-carb wraps filled with tender shredded chicken, melted cheese, and garlic, perfect for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 4 large lettuce leaves or low carb tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped herbs (parsley or cilantro) for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, minced garlic, cheese, sour cream, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Take a lettuce leaf or low carb tortilla and place a generous amount of the chicken mixture in the center.
  3. Fold the sides of the wrap over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
  4. Repeat with the remaining wraps. Optional: Garnish with chopped herbs before serving. Enjoy your wraps!
