Description

Deliciously indulgent Low Carb Brownies that satisfy sweet cravings without the carbs, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup erythritol (or other low carb sweetener)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt, whisking until well incorporated.
  3. In another bowl, mix the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  5. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan.
  6. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 3-4 days or refrigerate for up to a week. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
