- 1 cup brown sugar

- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup cashews, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt. Whisk together.
- Cream the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined. Gently fold in chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and chopped cashews.
- Scoop generous portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown; centers should look slightly underbaked.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.
