Instructions

  3. Cream the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined. Gently fold in chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and chopped cashews.
  5. Scoop generous portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown; centers should look slightly underbaked.
  7. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.
