- 1/4 cup sugar-free sweetener (like erythritol or stevia)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, protein powder, cocoa powder (if using), almond butter, sweetener, shredded coconut, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Mix until well combined and the mixture forms a dough.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
