Keto Protein Balls are a delicious low-carb snack packed with protein and healthy fats, perfect for a quick energy boost.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (if using chocolate protein powder)
  • 1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free sweetener (like erythritol or stevia)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, protein powder, cocoa powder (if using), almond butter, sweetener, shredded coconut, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Mix until well combined and the mixture forms a dough.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
