Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, powdered erythritol, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully combined.
- Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Chill your mixing bowl for fluffier whipped cream. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Avoid freezing.
