Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup sugar-free marinara sauce
  • Olive oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix the ingredients until well combined to form a cohesive mixture. Use your hands or a spoon to ensure everything is evenly distributed, then form the mixture into balls about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once the oil is shimmering, add the meatballs, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Cook until browned on all sides, approximately 8-10 minutes.
  4. Pour the sugar-free marinara sauce over the meatballs and let them simmer for an additional 10-15 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together beautifully. Serve hot.

Notes
