  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ounce sugar-free dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your ramekins.
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt together.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.
  5. Melt the sugar-free dark chocolate and fold it into the batter.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared ramekins and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  7. Let them cool for a minute, then invert onto plates. Serve warm.
