Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your ramekins.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt together.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.
- Melt the sugar-free dark chocolate and fold it into the batter.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared ramekins and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Let them cool for a minute, then invert onto plates. Serve warm.
