Description

A delicious and creamy chicken dish perfect for a ketogenic lifestyle, packed with flavor and healthy fats.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup spinach (optional)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Coat each chicken breast with the mixture and place them in the baking dish.
  4. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream over medium heat, stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth. Pour over chicken breasts. Add spinach if using.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Serve warm.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, microwave or bake at low temperature.
