Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.
- Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until well combined.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared dish.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, erythritol, egg, and vanilla for the cheesecake layer until smooth.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the brownie batter and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
- Let it cool before cutting into squares and serving.
