  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup erythritol (for cheesecake layer)
  • 1 egg (for cheesecake layer)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for cheesecake layer)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until well combined.
  5. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared dish.
  6. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, erythritol, egg, and vanilla for the cheesecake layer until smooth.
  7. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the brownie batter and swirl with a knife.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
  9. Let it cool before cutting into squares and serving.
