- 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk (optional, for consistency)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, and salt. Mix well.
- Add melted coconut oil and vanilla extract to the dry mixture. Stir until fully combined.
- Stir in sugar-free chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- If the mixture is too thick, add almond milk gradually until a dough-like consistency is achieved.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about one inch in size, and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until firm.
