Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk (optional, for consistency)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Add melted coconut oil and vanilla extract to the dry mixture. Stir until fully combined.
  3. Stir in sugar-free chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  4. If the mixture is too thick, add almond milk gradually until a dough-like consistency is achieved.
  5. Roll the mixture into small balls, about one inch in size, and place on a lined baking sheet.
  6. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until firm.
